Ortho Radar is an Orthopreneurs publication. Report requests, newsletter subscriptions and Local Growth Kit requests are separate choices.

Report requests

We use your name and email address to provide the report and record your request. The report is also available immediately after you submit the form. Requesting the report does not enroll you in the newsletter.

Newsletter subscriptions

If you subscribe, we use your name and email address to send the Ortho Radar briefing every two weeks and a welcome email. Use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email to opt out.

Local Growth Kit requests

We use your contact details, your practice name, website and primary location to prepare your kit from public information, such as search results, business listings, public school and census data. We may contact you about your kit.

Your survey answers are confidential. We never publish or share an individual practice's answers. We use them only in combined totals, and only for groups of 10 or more practices, to inform Ortho Radar and the demand forecast.

How your information is handled

Our forms and email workflows use GoHighLevel / LeadConnector in the Orthopreneurs account. Local Growth Kit survey answers are also stored in our own database so they can be combined. Existing unsubscribe and do-not-contact preferences are respected. We do not sell your information.

Site analytics and advertising

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits. It does not use cookies and does not identify you. We also use the Meta (Facebook) pixel, which tells Meta when someone visits a page or completes a sign-up so we can measure and show our ads to orthodontic practice owners. The pixel does not receive what you type into our forms. You can limit ad tracking in your browser or in your Facebook ad settings.

Do not submit patient information

These forms are for publication and kit requests, not patient records.
